POPEYE Magazine have been influencing the lifestyle of City Boys in Japan ever since its debut in 1976.  There is no definition for the term City Boy in a dictionary and it has been a topic of discussion for decades.  POPEYE Magazine aims to define the term by exploring the lifestyle of City Boys whether it's a style or a way of thinking and the topics include fashion, food, outdoors, travel and life in the cities like New York, Paris, London, and Tokyo.
